We know even with the most intuitive and user-friendly software, we sometime needs an helping hand. This is why, we do offer unlimited web-based, email and telephone support to all our customers.

We are always available to answer questions, guide you through something you haven’t done before, or fix the occasional bug.

We don’t limit the amount of time you can talk to us. All support inquiries are answered within 2h during business hours (8AM-6PM, EST) and withing 12h outside of business hours.
